They actually are from Trinadad. They immigrated to the U.K. in the early 60s.

It would fit in nicely on Death in Paradise, which we are watching in order. Far better than the Scottish version, for sure!

I thought this band was only known in Europe. They were popular when I was stationed in Germany. Used to hear them on Bayern 3 and Radio Lux.
