By Drakes. I always loved them but my wife turned me on to storing them in the freezer. They're great with a cup of hot tea. And we still either have them sent by the dozens of boxes or we load up our rv when we travel to the east coast. For some reason we don't get them out here in the west.

And I don’t like coconut on many other things. 😁

I don’t remember the name, but they were kind of like a Twinkie, and they had toasted coconut on the outside with stripes made of raspberry sauce.

Just remembered. They were Tiger Tails.

Not sure why.

But Cherry pie was the best

Had to look them up to get the name of them.

Keep them in the fridge.

Makes me want to put on my Little Debbie snackin’ pumps right now and trot right over to the fridge.

And still pretty much my favorite at the convenience store!

A Hostess confection. Snow Balls are second and Devil Dogs third. I never liked Twinkies.

I liked to try to carefully unroll them too.

Chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing with the cream filling and lastly the white squiggle on top. Now I want one.🫤

However, on the sly, every once in a while I would sneak a Hostess fruit pie. Cherry or blackberry.

And best bang for your buck (or whatever they cost).

The way they tasted 50 years ago. They don’t taste the same today.
