Paul McCartney says he eats a cheese and pickle sandwich, after a show.

I like cheese and pickle sandwiches. I haven't had one in a while - now I want one. Maybe tomorrow - I have cheddar cheese and bread n butter pickles in the house.

For those that aren't watching Colbert's last show. Paul McCartney is his last interview on Late Night. A good choice.

Sir Paul with the "King" of Late Night and Satire.

I never told anyone because I thought people would think it was disgusting. I guess I wasn't the only one. American cheese with bread and butter pickles.

Sliced American cheese. I think it was sometimes sliced dill pickles and sometimes bread n butter pickles. My grandmother made home made bread n butter pickles...and I helped.

Sour dill sliced thin and a slabby slice of sharp cheddar. Plus a dab of mustard.
