You feel like it's having no effect whatsoever until you notice your mind isn't spinning and you're sleeping better.

Tried it many times. I wouldn't know I'd tried it if it wasn't on the label of the supplement bottle! Haha. My meaning.........it did nothing, zip zilch. No effect whatsoever.

If anything, I got less sleep. I tried it alone, in combination with other supplements, etc....and had an incredibly hard time falling asleep.

Tried magnesium as well which only gave me MORE energy. Wish I'd known about it when I was younger. Magnesium was like an upper.

I can use all the help I can get.
"Enhanced Muscle Growth & Strength: Research has shown that taking 300–1250 mg of ashwagandha daily for 8–12 weeks can lead to significant improvements in muscle strength, particularly in the bench press and leg extensions.
Faster Recovery: By managing cortisol, it helps muscles repair faster after intense exercise.
Body Composition: Studies show improvements in body composition, with users seeing increased muscle size (especially in the arms and chest) and a greater reduction in body fat percentage
Improved Endurance: It has been shown to increase (VO_{2}max), enhancing cardiovascular fitness."
