My dad was on a destroyer off of N. Korea during the war and he swore when a WW II movie
was on TV as I was a no good little shit. They showed shells splashing around a ship and he
turned off the TV and said something like the first shell is on one side of you and the next is
on the other side of your ship and you better hope your ship’s guns are on target against the
