Good morning my DU family,

For those mornings or days where ideas or energies lack lol, please remember to be kind to yourself and others in those spaces.

We often need recharge days, especially with things as they are today.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to be honest with ourselves, to be kind to ourselves, and to be forgiving to ourselves. In other words, to love ourselves.
