The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsI start another trip around the sun today.
Starting my 4th quarter century. Will I make it to the end of this new one?
I wonder what kind of odds I can get on the prediction markets.
Happy St. Paddy's Day to all. Just remember to stay home as it is amateur night at the bars.

(7,259 posts)with my birthday on this day I felt that part of the day was hurt by the fact that there were so many drunken people out. We used to hit an Italian restaurant early so we could get home before 8 PM. 7:30 if possible
Hope he has a great day.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
