Anybody know what makes the Subscription tab highlight

Been on here for a long time and the Subscription tab has never been lit up.

Deleted all my subscriptions and it’s still highlighted.

🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

On how to turn it off. You may have turned it on by mistake like I did.

Is that because I’ve got this set to the Skinner setting?

In any case, I see no instructions on the right side of the page.
