I told Mrs. Lochloosa that DU could help her, so don't let me down.

She needs an online exercise program that's age friendly. She is 71 and in good health.

Right now, she is using a program for chair yoga and Pilates exercises that she really likes. Unfortunately, it has been locking up on the videos constantly and asking for help is not doing any good. She pay's around 30.00 a month for it.

Can anyone recommend a good website program for her?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Cliff

Chair yoga dvd available. Just Google the term. Her library may also have exercise dvds.

I highly recommend going to in-person chair yoga and yoga / other exercise classes for seniors.
