We love making our own ice cream, but dealing with an ice cream maker is often a hassle. This is much simpler!

I may try this with mangoes. Like frozen mango lassis.

May have to adjust the liquid level or add more powdered sugar. Maybe squeeze pulp of its liquid.

I suspect that if one is feeling really adventurous, one can use vanilla bean instead of extract. I have to try this.
