I do not post as much as I used to, but I do come here to read posts from like minded people. A sense of family.

It's people who share common values and aspirations for our country, but it is also a community of friends. We share life experiences, life struggles and challenges, and sometimes loss, and DU always steps up with compassion, support and yes love. I am so very grateful for this site, especially at this challenging time.

About government and politics and feel it's a safe space during Bush and Trumps time in office.

I like that we are all over because it feels like not just a blue bubble. I live in red city in blue state but very close to college liberal town 20 min drive so I hang there sometimes.

I love it when DFW talks about Europe and his job. Glad to know one of our members is on the inside.

Oh and the vast humor and intelligence and experience of the folks in this space. But mainly cat videos.
