Office chair floor mat recommendations?

Looking for a chair mat that's sturdy (thick, a bit flexible, but not the kind that rolls up or can warp under weight), has a textured surface (so chair wheels have a little bit of friction/traction), and that's intended for use on carpet.

Does any product check all of those boxes?

I've been googling the interwebs, but haven't yet found that complete combination.

I hope you get some good ideas, because I can't find one, either.

I need one that grips plush carpeting and won't slide around. The one I have now slides all over the place & I have to keep moving it back. It even has supposedly long cleats for thicker carpeting, but they don't work
