Paying more for less.

Just ordered from a once favorite Chinese restaurant. We paid twenty percent more and received twenty percent less. They put the food in the small bowls that were usually reserved for side dishes.

And the worst of all, when it was time to eat the fortune cookie, it was absent of a paper fortune.

Now, that's some serious cutting back.
