The palm oil grossed me out. Definitely not one of the healthiest oils.

And it’s very popular in Europe
But hey everyone is different-
It’s like my grandpa used to say, “If everyone liked the same thing, we would all be chasing grandma”

I think a less sweet version would be more pleasing.

I couldn't keep it in my mouth, lol.
I see all these recipes for crepes, babka, coffee cakes. Just not appetizing to me.

But I'll say this, it doesn't belong in the nut butter section of the grocery store. It belongs in the candy section. It's placement is purposeful, they want you to believe it is a peanut butter replacement, it's not.

I had it once twenty years ago and had to spit it into a tissue. (Sorry, too much info). To this day the thought of it turns my stomach.
Yuck!

13. Many years ago, I smelled nutella crepes in Paris on street-side creperies... OMG

It was years before it was widely available in the US (and I think the formulation was quite a bit different), but I'm not sure I ever smelled something so enticing in my life. Yes, I ate my share while there, but upon returning to the US, I realized it was not available, and I had months of cravings to deal with.

When it began to be available here, it wasn't quite as good, but still pretty tasty. Over the years, the formulation has again changed with some cheaper ingredients, I think. It still tastes pretty good if you like chocolate hazelnut, but I can manage to move on-- without qualms-- today. I do wonder if the Nutella of old is still available in France.

We have had to agree to disagree on that one.

Love nutella. I use it as a holiday treat item.

Omg, the very best taste in the world is Nutella spread in fresh bakery bread. The combination is amazing.
Sorry, I love Nutella lol
