However, from the Medicare handbook, I see it is not a Part B covered immunization, so I don't know what they did. It is covered under Part D

RSV is also covered under Part D

Part B covers flu shots, pneumonia and Hepatitis B.

Why can't they just cover all immunizations under Part B?

Of course when I was a claims analyst for part B claims, no immunizations were covered at all.
