Each time I go looking for all cotton it becomes a hunt. Fossil-fuel synthetic fibers are in bras, 'moisture wicking' work-out clothes, baby clothes and blankets, jeans, t-shirts, bed-sheets, etc. These fibers shed bits during washing that escape through systems into main waterways and are contributing to the nano particle pollution. They also are not safe to wear, because with body heat and sweat they interfere with our endocrine systems.
We have a problem.

100% cotton anything. I hate it. (No one wants to wear polyester underwear and don’t even get me started on polyester pajamas.) Acrylic tops make me sweat. Wool causes allergic skin reactions. I buy less and less each year because of it. Is cotton not grown much any longer?
