Does anyone here use PayPal?

Just wondered. I returned an order and received the credit on my PayPal account. I thought, since I now have a credit balance, I could transfer it to my bank. Apparently not, because though I followed the instructions, it comes back with somethng like "There’s nothing to transfer right now. Try again when you have a PayPal balance."

Does anyone know what the deal is?

It can take a few days to go through. They're faster at taking money than giving it.

If you are concerned about Trump-enabling cretins STILL involved in their commercial creations, it would be Bezos and Amazon.

Love it or hate it, using PayPal limits how many places have my credit card and bank accounts. Having been victim to a hack in the past, I appreciate that fact.

VENMO, on the other hand... A horrific threat and ongoing risk.

Whether Bezos' Amazon or any other online retailer, these cretins are invested in everything. It is foolish to think otherwise. They are getting your money regardless. And banks in general are the worst crooks and the least likely to fully back you if a problem develops. Credit Unions only, for me-- for decades now...

Never happened before, to me or to that particular credit Union. Everything is back to normal, except there are now lots of hoops I have to jump through in order to log in--which is really how it should be,
