(43,330 posts)Theyre not terrible, not wonderful. I think Factor is better. You can tailor meals better, and even doing that gives greater variety. We stopped because we were signed up for six meals a week, i.e. three dinners, and found we didnt eat them sometimes.

(25,197 posts)Back about six years ago, when I was only cooking for myself. I felt that the portion sizes were too small for the cost. I went back to just buying groceries at the supermarket, and if need be, looking up recipes online.
Something's always on sale in the freezer section of your supermarket, why not simply eat primarily from such discounted purchases, and saving sales tax in the process? Not to mention the ecological cost of shipping all those meals to your home, and the overpackaging involved with that.

(21,031 posts)the flavor is OK but the sodium content is too high for me - but most prefab meals are really salty. That is something to pay attention to.
