President and First Lady are great-grandparents.
Naomi Biden Neal and her husband Peter became parents Wednesday with the birth of 10lb 4oz William Neal at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The great-grandparents were able to visit the newborn for 4 hours. What a bittersweet day for the Bidens.
