Apropos of nothing

I watched the Golden Globes last night. No comments on who won or who wore what, but I think this will be the last awards show I view. I am so tired of seeing emaciated people (especially women) celebrated and being told this is our standard of beauty. I can’t imagine what parents of teenagers and younger are going through right now trying to instill a positive body image. What is wrong with this society.

Thanks for the opportunity to rant.
