Especially since she still has access to her computer archive and emails, or else her lawyers do. These are documents that can tell stories, name names, and are not under the control of the Department of Justice.
I'm not rooting for Ghislaine to get a pardon, oh no.... But I think they have always underestimated her.
She grew up in the spy game and was trained by her father. She knows how to play Chump and DoJ.
