Iran has to agree to any "Deal" and they aren't even negotiating as they seem to be calling our bluff and waiting until the large oil shortage actually gets priced into the markets. That hasn't happened so far, the world is receiving about 10-15% less oil per day than before this misadventure. I will say I think the world's total oil use has now peaked and will begin it's slow decline. The western capital markets require endless growth and this will be a big mess as it unravels.
