I'm not a lawyer, but I can't imagine that ANYTHING about this corrupt agreement is lawful or enforceable upon the IRS or DOJ under legitimate leadership.

If a Democratic president gets in, he can put in whoever he wants and they can change that. Even Congress could change that when in the Democrats hands.
