Trump says with more time, US can 'take the oil' in Iran

Donald Trump has suggested that the United States is looking to seize Iran’s oil industry, appearing to argue that more time is needed for the war.

“With a little more time, we can easily OPEN THE HORMUZ STRAIT, TAKE THE OIL, & MAKE A FORTUNE,” the US president wrote in a social media post on Friday.

Trump has been promising for weeks that the US will reopen the strait soon. One month ago, he said that US Navy ships would accompany oil ships through the strategic waterway.

The US president appeared to double down on his call later on Friday. “KEEP THE OIL, ANYONE?” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.

It wasn't for the "concern" for protesters, nor the well being for the citizens of Iran.

Acquiring the rights to Iran's oil was the only objective while shithole's family is planning for resorts in Gaza and elsewhere in the ME.

... to hear the supposed President of the United States openly brag about usurping another country's natural resources for his own profit. But then, that's the exact same bullshit the US pulled back in 1953, when they agreed to help Britain do the same thing by deposing the democratically elected president of Iran, Mohammad Mossadegh, putting him under house arrest, and installing "Shah" Reza Pahlavi and his version of Trump's personal Gestapo, ICE, the notoriously savage SAVAK.
Trump's America is rapidly turning into Putin's Russia, and Republicans are just fine with it. Fuckin' traitors.
