Russian forces launched a targeted strike on civilian infrastructure in Shostka, Sumy region, using strike drones. The target was a sports school where children were undergoing training at the time.

According to the Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov on December 12, the attack was deliberate, with two drones directed at the facility where children in the building.

All children and coaches were quickly evacuated to a safe location. Fortunately, preliminary reports indicate that everyone is safe, with no physical injuries reported.

The consequences of the attack are still being assessed, and further details on the damage to the facility and surrounding infrastructure are being clarified.

A day earlier, on December 11, Russian forces dropped a guided bomb on a store in the Velykopysarivka community of the Sumy region, leading to casualties and injuries...........................
