What happens to children like them today? When their second child was born, my friend's doctor said "it's a boy"; then said "it's a girl". The poor child had to have numerous surgeries in her early years. We babysat her for a weekend when she and her husband, a football coach, went to an away game. The little girl had to take so many pills a day that helped monitor her growth. Such things are so complicated. How can politicians have the right to control people's bodies and determine what is right or wrong when it comes to the sex of a child? This all breaks my heart.
