Can someone please tell me

why Lutnick was laughing during 47's press conference? WTF was so funny and what am I missing?

I described him to her as that guy standing next to potus always laughing and she knew who I was talking about.
He is a cipher most of the time , but seem to be around a lot.

hemmed and hawed saying he might or might not. He finished with something like “If I sign and it goes well good for me but if I don’t and it goes bad I can blame J D and then that fool Lutnick laughed as usual. Rubio stared stone faced. Lawrence showed the clip of this on his show tonight. The circus of utter ignorance and depravity continues on full display. Ugh!
