Hydrogen peroxide breaks down into water and oxygen. The speed of this reaction depends highly on the environment. Once diluted in water or exposed to light, heat, or contaminants, it can fully decompose in a matter of hours or even minutes.
Direct Sunlight & Heat: Exposure to UV light drastically accelerates decomposition. In bright sunlight, a thin layer of diluted hydrogen peroxide can lose half its strength in 10 to 30 minutes, and completely break down within 1 to 3 hours.
My only fear is what they may start putting in there to satisfy Der Leader's pride. Maybe that's what he's got planned for Iran's enriched Uranium.
