Let's take a break for some serious stuff . . .

. . . and watch FIFA -- the World Cup football/soccer tournament that will go on for weeks.

My first impression: Does not matter which country is playing -- the fans are batshit crazy!!! I mean, I grew up with SEC football but these national soccer fans make even LSU football fans look sleepy by comparison.

And caught Cape Verde hold world #2 Spain to a scoreless tie.

I’ve been a fan my whole life this is great.
Fox TV inbtge daytime is the only English language programming. We can only get that on our HD Antenna which can get pixilated. At night they have fanes on FS1 which is on our Sling. Peacock only Carrie’s the Telemundo broadcasts. I guess I could use this as an immersion class.

By the way, all the Fox/FS1 announcers are clearly rooting for the European team’s at least it sounds like it to me.
