Choose the president using popular vote, not the electoral college.
reg. voters:
favor 58%
oppose 26%

Democrats need to start running on this, and we should eventually get the electoral college eliminated.

Expand Congress to 500,000 people per House member. It is currently roughly 761,000. Increasing the size of the House would greatly dilute the impact of small states in the Electoral College, and could be done with a simple law change.
