Do the Democrats need a "national' message or should they target each individual race?

This is not meant as criticism, and certainly is not bashing, but is simply a strategic political question.

Should the Democrats have a message for all the voters of this country or try to target their message to each individual race?

In my opinion, we should shoot for a larger audience. But, I can understand why candidates such as Talarico and Platner might need to respond to the attacks in their own races?

Also, I think we should have a national message that appeals to all Americans, including MAGA, that would address issues that are of concern to everyone, such as gas prices. I do think corruption has to be addressed and should be a national issue also. Democrats are covering most of the bases, in my opinion, but they need a bigger message.

I think Jon Ossoff has a "national" message, as does Gavin Newsom. Perhaps a few others?

Just my two cents.

The National Dem Committee crafts the National message, the local and state dem committees craft the local message and state message. Nothing says those messages can't overlap, but while the National message should be broadly appealing, the state and local can be more targeted to the local races under the umbrella of the national message.

(I hope this makes sense!)

It might take the party bigwigs actually working their asses off instead of "executizing"

Please read. I am wearing out my keyboard making the case.

Between elections, the party VANISHES, while the opposition blasts its message 24 by 7 by 365.

We are as a party dead silent on issues that we all hold dear and hold in common.

"But the primaries!"

F that. By then it's too late, Pox News has defined all the issues and smeared all the candidates to hell.
THIS IS WHY WE LOSE. PERIOD.

Dozing. Manning bass boats to attack the German navy.

Something like minimum social security benefits...

"Under my administration, no recipient of Social Security, no matter their income or work history shall receive less than 2000/mo"

American don't let their grandparents starve.
