Dems are rightfully focused on costs, but they need a way to explain what they would do. I think it is a real thing they could do, that would make some difference.

New money, unencumbered by Congressional oversight. He believes he can, and he does, spend it on whatever project he wants

New paint job on the reflecting pool? Check, Huge banners of his face on public buildings? Check, Bigger bank accounts for himself and his kids? Check.
