We all know Trump will pretend to his last dying breath this was a goal scored. Just like he does with Venezuela, even though, all we've done in Venezuela is allow a brutal regime to wash their oil through us onto the oil markets. I mean, we are enriching a totally unacceptable Venezuela regime and pretending that's a win, for their people. LOL

A memorandum of understanding refers to a deal where no money changes hands - if there is money involved, that's called a memorandum of agreement...

Possibly a hint as to the likelihood they'll try to stiff Iran

They've been running the GOP since 1997 and they have contributed literally nothing of value to this country. And hell at this point, they're actively taking us backwards.
