Sounds like the deal (rather MOU) is dead in the water

Maariv: Netanyahu told Trump that the IDF will not withdraw from Lebanon, and that Israel does not consider itself bound by the Lebanese clause in the American-Iranian agreement.

Are they now so independent they can just tell us to go to hell? Just asking, mind you. No matter the other factors, I have never taken well to those who "take, take, take" and then kick the benefactors in the face--even if it is the US under Trump.
