Numbnuts Cop Shoots Partner:

One second an officer is seen drawing his weapon from his holster like a gunslinger and pointing it straight in the direction of a dashcam in an approaching police car.

Seconds later, the same officer — now with his gun holstered — is captured on the camera crouching and clutching his left shoulder in pain.

The 35-second video of the shooting in the police department’s parking garage on Sept. 7 was released Wednesday.

“The wounded officer has recovered from his injuries,” Police Chief Gene Harris said in a statement that was included with the video.
