It is increasingly difficult to keep myself balanced. Fortunately I sing in a choir where we are all in tune with one another and find comfort through music. This gives me hope.

but watching professional sports with their rules-based requirements and high expectations of good sportsmanship and respect for all players gives me some temporary relief from the madness and chaos of what is happening all around us.

Many just tuned out with their hands over their ears currently. Dems need to give these folks hope for normalcy.
