Store it in the fridge, 1 in a can of tomatoe juice and 1 in a can of lemon juice
And all of a sudden you have hydrated , flavored pasta.
When he pasta is gone. Reduce the juice , which now has starch, and throw in a
Splash of rum.
And taste.

Wet pasta in fridge? Could become hazardous very quickly.

And I get to drain it at the al-dente of choice.
The reason for tubular and certain other shapes is to hold the sauce.

(4,995 posts)Only rehydrates it to the consistency of fresh uncooked pasta. It isnt cooking the flour, etc.
Nope, gotta boil it.
