that's been sequestered due to sanctions. IIRC something like that happened during Biden's term. Of course the Right was all aghast that he "gave" Iran billions of dollars, but it was already their money. Also, IIRC, Trump was one of the people whining the loudest about that particular move, and framing it as Biden "paying" the Iranians.

Quite certain that he'd advocate the opposite interpretation if The Great ME ME ME were to do the exact same thing

In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire, on the coordinated route as already announced by Ports and Maritime Organisation of the Islamic Rep. of Iran.
