Can there be a class action suit against Trump's political prosecutions via the DOJ?

Our tax dollars pay for his waste of time/retributions. We need to sue him for the $$$ and hours spent on his pettiness owing to his super thin skin.

The claims of all parties have to be similar enough as to the law and the facts that they could be tried in a single action, and they have to be so numerous that multiple cases would be duplicative (Rule 23, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure). The facts in all these cases are different enough that certification as a class wouldn't be possible.

Even if it is a new practice, we need to do it to prevent future corruption.

Selective prosecution. It's really a court of public opinion but at least it gets the issue out there so the public can see it.

As for their boss, that's easier said than done. I would say the next ten years of Democratic administrations will have their work cut out for them in legal hot patches to tamper-proof the DoJ as well as the rest of our government from those who wish to destroy or otherwise impair it's ability to function.

I'm watching The Weekly Show in which Jon Stewart and Ben McKenzie explain crypto currency. It's built on sand. Our whole system could come crashing down because of Trump's lawless greed.
