Maybe the issues w/ DU and BlueSky are both a Cloudflare issue.

Getting a 525 on BlueSky, but I keep getting a Cloudflare error on DU, saying the host is the issue.

525 is a Cloudflare-specific TLS/SSL handshake failure: Cloudflare could not establish a secure (HTTPS) connection with the origin web server.

If you're getting DU pages timing out today, that is because the page you're trying to load has a Bluesky embed.

Getting Bluesky embedding to work on DU was kinda complicated, and it seems that the solution has the downside of trying to load the Bluesky embed first, then the rest of the page. This means that if a DU page has an embedded post from Bluesky, and there's a problem with that Bluesky post at their end, the DU page doesn't respond while it's waiting for the embed to load.

So this is kind of a DU problem, but it wouldn't be a problem if Bluesky wasn't having issues today, if that makes sense.
