They refuse paper check mailing for instance when some people just don’t want to give them their banking information
And to fix it is not easy

This is the 1st in my 75 years I resented paying taxes, and I’ve paid since I was 16 yo.

Our software would have an override on that and say “client prefers paper check”. I don’t like how they’re doing it at all just taking money from someone’s account.

They rely on us. We were rely on them. They increasingly rely on us for accuracy and responsibility for returns e filed. We rely on them for processing and communication so firiing the roughly 10000 agents is not good for us. Nor our clients.

And extra senior “deductions” but only with those at the lower end of income.

Not so much with people over 150K that retired.

Don’t quiz me my brain is fried. One more extension to go.

Even the no tax on tips will hurt esp parents with kids that need earned income to get that earned income credit refund. Which a lot of time will exceed any federal withholding they might have.

I think we will see some repercussions from working families on this.
