It's Not The Ballroom. It's What's Beneath It

There is a large bunker being built beneath it and with a totally deranged lunatic in the White House I am afraid that his plans are to make it bomb proof so he could hide out there while he launches nuclear weapons.

As we all know he threatened as much on Iran

Now the adiministration claims that the ballroom must be built to protect the pedophile in chief.

https://www.rawstory.com/trump-safety-ballroom-court-case/

I hope someone is keeping an eye on what is being built below ground.

regarding national security infrastructure. There's no way to know who has knowledge of what is being built there; Russian spies/agents could be involved in every level of construction. Severely compromised security could be a built-in feature -- there could bugs all over the place.

The next (Dem) administration might have to demolish and gut the entire ballroom-bunker facility for the sake of national security.

Nothing is bomb-proof.

We lived right nearby "The Blue Cube" in Sunnyvale

Also known as "Silicon Valley’s most likely target in the event of a Soviet nuclear attack." Known to Lockheed employees (with high enough security clearances) as the Sunnyvale Air Force Station, and it kept track of military satellites. In 1983 the Air Force admitted its ability to keep track of the government's military and intelligence satellites was "dependent on the single satellite control facility (SCF) located at Sunnyvale, California."
(Wikipedia)

Clearances? Everyone knew on the sly.

Functions were later transitioned elsewhere.

We had no worries about living in a post-nuclear war scenario.
We'd have been instantly vaporized.

By divulging the details, he guarantees the complete vaporization of Washington D.C. in case of a nuclear attack.

So, is he not safe right now walking around at UFC fights and shit?

It would not surprise me one bit if this was so he could try and rule by fiat after Dems win the mid terms and want to impeach and remove him. He goes into the bunker and declares martial law and no one can get to him to drag him down the street….

So it makes sense to build a new one in conjunction with constructing the ball room. To be clear, the East Wing should never have been demolished, and hopefully whatever is eventually constructed is far less grandiose, but I don’t have any problems if they build a larger and more modern situation room for future administrations since they’re going to have to do major construction anyway.
