Details sounds gross.

Rose also wrote that "as a woman, for a myriad of reasons, opening up about W on W [women-on-women] violence and sexual abuse, seems to be 100 times harder than speaking about the male predators, at least for me."

The star said she is "not interested in filing a report over this"

I had to look up the accuser but she openly states some very pointed accusations and says Katy will not sue her because it happened in public and there are witnesses.

People feel more empowered to come forward these days. Hopefully it helps kill the behavior.
