Been burned too many times looking at FL and TX. Dems must make a better effort in both otherwise we won’t have much of a chance of governing nationally. These are two fast growing states.

The wind is at our backs---- this is a better opportunity for 'flips' in both states,
than we've had since about 2006--- when voters came out in droves in a midterm election
to vote against the LAST 'Republican War' !

He shows up everywhere and does the work.

Fingers crossed people see how fantastic he would be for the state compared
to the other guy, a tRump sycophant.

and democrsts come out in huge numbers.

But I would bet on us winning the Texas Senate seat over these Florida races. So many Republicans have moved there .

other recent polls.

Florida is definitely going to be a lot more competitive this year compared to recent elections, but it is very unlikely that it's dead even.

Quite a surprise after the last couple of cycles. COVID turned Florida from purple to bright red in just a year, Harris lost by 13% here just 18 months ago. Never know though, high gas prices and insurance do piss people off.

You see that 14-18% undecided voters over there in the right column? That’s the independents that are just too embarrassed or ashamed to admit they are going to vote R.

As far as the governor race it looks like we are nominating another former Republican, again, to run against the real Republican, I guess Charlie Crist is busy. A fun fact though, former Republican Charlie Crist running as a Democrat for Congress in 2016 defeated then Republican David Jolly to turn that district blue, and now Jolly is about to be the Democratic nominee for governor after Crist lost to Desantis by nearly 20 points in the 2022 election. We literally nominate the people they have rejected over and over again.
