I have a theory. I think Trump knows, deep down, that he's going down. No one is answering his calls. People are mocking him. He's in deep denial, and he's as paranoid as he's ever been.

He knows that Vance could 25/4 him tomorrow, and Vance is well aware of the fact that the entire cabinet, including himself could be swept aside in November. This means that Trump is going to do everything he can to possibly disgrace his VP before the fact.
