(4,701 posts)where women were giving birth. I actually think we one upped the horror of that by killing the girls at school! Not an easy feat! But then its no different in this country. Looking at the crater dug up at Epsteins torture camp in New Mexico. The massive earth moving operation deemed necessary to remove all evidence of tortured murdered girls is mind boggling! We have had since 2019 to investigate and prosecute these crimes but then once again the T administration stopped the investigation. So vile and disgusting! But back to John ..this clip is very sad. I hope he can get the help he needs. Hes definitely not firing on all cylinders! Such a sad story.

(4,701 posts)Looking at the photos from 2019 there was a large labyrinth type of affair. The area to the left of the mansion in this article has been excavated before the investigators got there. The article I saw this morning was from The New York Times. Unable to use that link tonight but you might be able to find it at the source. There was a paywall. Hope this link helps.

(4,014 posts)... I want so much to afford him the benefit of the doubt by attributing his ill-considered comments to the effects of that stroke, but if he refuses to acknowledge that as a cause, then one can only assume that he's always been a contrarian with malign motives.
And to think that I once supported him...
Edit to add: The Trump regime abandoned a policy to limit civilian deaths, and Kegsbreath publicly dismissed "stupid" Rules of Engagement. The attack on the girls' school was NOT a mistake, it was deliberate. The decision makers at the top of this manure pile are soulless sociopaths who obviously subscribe to Musk's condemnation of "Empathy", and ANY concern for the needless savagery exhibited by this attack is sneeringly derided as disloyal. Such monsters deserve no forgiveness or mercy, and they shall get none.

(779 posts)And were trashing Conor Lamb as a milquetoast, boring, mainstream Dem. Well it turns out Lamb would've been 100x better than this idiot that is virtually a Republican.

(21,831 posts)In late 2024, I jokingly brought it up, expecting her to laugh and apologize. Instead, I got something like "I'm in no mood" and was blocked. It really hurt me, because I loved that poster. It was nothing personal, and I truly wish I could tell her.

(60,922 posts)I thought Connor Lamb was good, but many thought he was too moderate. There were some Fetterman stories that bothered me, but I could see many here were impressed by him and his wife. However, I did not live in PA - nor did most of PA.
I was surprised that he polled (later confirmed by actual voting) so well. PA chose him. You could blame the Sanders endorsement or the money from progressives around the country, but it came down to votes in PA.
Fetterman suffered his stroke 2 days before the primary. At that point, he did not disclose much before the primary. This was tricky as it was entirely possible he could have recovered completely in a few weeks. To drop out would have meant losing everything he and others worked for unnecessarily.

(52,235 posts)Look, the way we got into this horrible situation is that the Republicans hung together for all the wrong reasons. If we're going to get out of it, the Democrats need to hang together for all the right reasons. It is quite literally a tug of war for the morality of this country. Fetterman cannot be counted on. He needs to be primaried.

Now we are all paying the price for the bullshit they ate that Fetterman fed them.
I hope they are awake now and going after this 'thing' with the hatred and anger of 10000 Roman Soldiers.

(1,428 posts)the Democratic Party is a Big Tent that brings in every point of view, and legislates accordingly?
Sure would be a terrible thing if this party had any sort of IDEOLOGY that caused to folks who didn't fit to be expelled.

(3,447 posts)His vote isn't significant.
If we wanted to ideologically expel someone, he'd be a great target at present.
I don't know how the national media would present it, but I'm tired of hearing from him as though he is a great elder statesman.
He's a brain damaged, sick man.
