"That is what?" Trump asked. "The school in Iran," the reporter repeated. "I don't know about it," Trump replied.

"A new report says that the military investigation has found that the United States struck the school in Iran," one reporter noted. "As Commander and Chief, do you take responsibility for that?"

"That is what?" Trump asked.

"The school in Iran. A new report says the military investigation has found it was the United States that struck the school," the reporter repeated.

"I don't know about it," Trump replied dismissively.

The president has previously blamed Iran for striking the school.

no other human being can harangue for weeks about an issue on social media and in rallies, yet when a reporter asks about it he always replies, "I don't know anything about it." No one else could get away with this bullshit.

... it could have been a mistake or the weapon could have been knocked off course by Iranian air defenses.

I see it as disproportional coverage, primarily for ratings and gotcha. The Iranian Islamic Republic's theocratic, patriarchal, homophobic mullah regime murdered tens of thousands of Iranian protestersin the last couple of months. They're now openly threatening to do even worse. It does no honor to the dead children at the school to ignore the victims of the regime, past and future. It's just emotional self-indulgence being fed by a ratings chase, imo.

From what I can tell from the apparent jubilation of Iranian Americans in demonstrations, they're happy we attacked. Will the Iranian people end to being in the same situation (or worse)? Time will tell.

Also, referring to my point about the protesters as a "but what about" is pretty glib and dismissive, imo.

Some "CNN Expert" twisting himself into knots to absolve us of responsibility for the deaths of 150 innocent children is embarrassing. Just own it. We kill schoolkids with missiles and our clown President DGAF.
