Clearly retaliation for the strike on theirs. This is getting uglier by the hour

My Girlfriend is a migrant worker in Bahrain. Her apartment was about 2 blocks from the 5th Fleet base in Bahrain that was hit. Fortunately, she was evacuated far from the base and is safe.
I asked her about this, and she said that it was indeed hit.
She also said that Iran is still shooting at Bahrain, but mostly are getting intercepted. Obviously, I cannot confirm if this is true or not.
I speculate it will get messier before it gets back to normal.
I wish nothing but bad things on the Orange Blob and his besty, Bibi

snip-"DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) Israel renewed its assault on southern Lebanon early Sunday and Iran struck a desalination plant in Bahrain as the war entered its ninth day, expanding the conflict to new types of targets across the region.
Such infrastructure is critical for drinking water supplies in the parched deserts of the Gulf. The strike came after Irans Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said a U.S. airstrike damaged an Iranian desalination plant on Qeshm Island, warning that in doing so the U.S. set this precedent, not Iran.
The U.S. military has not acknowledged a strike on the plant."

Emirates people are like "Fuck no we didn't!"
From RAI News Italia:
The United Arab Emirates denied Israeli reports that they had targeted a desalinization plant in Iran. "It's fake news. When we do something, we have the courage to announce it," declared Ali Rashad al Nuaimi, president of the commission of internal defense and foreign affairs of the council of the national federation on X.
Real top-notch coordination going on there.
