Epstein prison guard googled him minutes before body found -- and made mysterious deposit

https://nypost.com/2026/03/07/us-news/prison-guard-googled-jeffrey-epstein-minutes-before-his-body-was-found-and-deposited-thousands-days-before-pedophiles-suicide-doj/

One of Jeffrey Epstein’s prison guards googled the sex predator minutes before he was found dead — and also made a mysterious $5,000 cash deposit 10 days before the predator’s jail-cell suicide, new Department of Justice documents reveal.

Tova Noel was one of the two Metropolitan Correctional Center workers accused of falsifying records to say they checked on Epstein throughout the night before his Aug. 10, 2019, suicide.

The guards were fired but criminal charges against both were later dropped.

Nor is either of those things anything like the equivalent of an organized 'hit'. And - that more or less covers the topic. Yeah?

did nothing in the way of establishing - or really even offering solid ground for suggestion ... Of anything of the kind.
And, as such - just represents more tired tabloid drivel.

Noel googled “latest on Epstein in jail” at 5:42 a.m. and then again at 5:52 a.m. — less than 40 minutes before her colleague, correctional officer Michael Thomas, found the disgraced financier dead in his cell...

But she claims she didn't make those searches. She would have had to because her co-worker was sleeping. At the link is a list of the searches she did. They are searches like "furniture Bronx NY" and "law enforcement discounts." She also did "latest on omar amanat." She watched a movie, too.

Here's a link to an easier to read accounting of her searches (at TMZ).

What's interesting is "Amanat was convicted of wire fraud and conspiracy in 2017 ... and he was locked up alongside Epstein at the time of his death." (TMZ)

The money going into her account is probably irrelevant because it occurred before she even started working in that unit. However, she drove a $62,000 2019 Land Rover Range Rover
