How do I contact the Maine Democratic party to tell them to primary Jared Golden?

The Maine Democratic party website is a mess of asking for donations. How do I contact them to primary this fake dem Golden?

But former Governor and perpetual angry troll LePage is running for the vacancy now. The Democrats are running a very dull field in the primary. I fear the worst.
